Yeah, a blog post about my own blog. I know, about useless.
Regardless, I’ve changed to the “Royale 1.4″ theme , by “onehertz” As Wordpress themes goes, it’s pretty freaking full featured. I’m using it over at “The Four Winds Bar” blog as well.
I’m also playing around with tags, which means I’ll be playing around with various blog linking thing “Real Soon Now”
My blog on why my life sucks just became a reason why my life sucked.
I’m sure it has to do with changing to FireFox 3.0 last night on the laptop, but my access to the admin functions of the blog went away. The send email thing was not working so I had, in essence a dead blog. I tried a little mySQL fu on it, but no joy. Poked Google with a sharp stick and found this emergency.php. Works like a charm.
Level of headache (on the 1-10 scale): 9 (oh my god crawl into a dark room and cry migraine)
Cause: I suspect weather
Medication taken: 2 Amidrine after 2 ibuprofen failed to work, then 2 more 6 hours later.
Result: medication marginally effective
This is way too soon after the last one. I’m not a happy camper.
Just had one this morning (i.e. woke me up at 6:30) First one in a long freaking time.

Result: medication effective, more or less. I went back to bed and slept. Called work to tell them that I would be late.
It’s been 8 hours since I’ve taken the Amidrine, and it’s starting to wear off, so I suspect I’m going to be dysfunctional later this afternoon.
Hopefully this one will have a better ending than some of the others.
Remember my brother’s dog? Well, she is sick, with Parvo, which is Not Good. However, she seems to have a mild case, and the vet thinks she will make it.
All of my dogs, (we think) have had shots. Well, we know Jack and Coco has, but were not 100% about Brandy, so I got to do the Clorox shower before the dogs got close to me. Not like I didn’t used to do that damn near daily when I lived in Delaware County (it’s good to ward off poison ivy), so I know the drill. Brandy goes in for her shot in the morning, so I don’t have to make the house smell like a high school swimming pool.
